Article 2.

Preparing and Sending the Quote

2.1.

If you request a quote from Unravelledconsultancy as a sole proprietorship or partnership (VOF), Unravelledconsultancy processes the following personal data:

  • e.
    email address.
2.2.

If you request a quote from Unravelledconsultancy on behalf of a legal entity, Unravelledconsultancy processes the following personal data:

The legal basis for processing this personal data is the performance of the contract, which also includes taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, such as sending a quote at your request.

2.4.

Unravelledconsultancy processes this personal data to:

    to prepare the quotation;
  • b.
    to contact you if Unravelledconsultancy needs more information from you to prepare the quotation;
  • c.
    to send you the quote by email.
Article 3.

Executing the Agreement

3.1.

If you enter into an agreement with Unravelledconsultancy as a sole proprietorship or partnership (VOF), Unravelledconsultancy processes the following personal data:

    name;
  • b.
    company name;
  • c.
    address, postal code, and city;
  • d.
    telephone number;
  • e.
    email address.

The personal data mentioned in sub. a. through e. are necessary for the formation of the agreement.

3.2.

If you enter into an agreement with Unravelledconsultancy on behalf of a legal entity, Unravelledconsultancy processes the following personal data:

  • a.
    name;
  • b.
    telephone number;
  • c.
    email address.

For the conclusion of the agreement, the personal data mentioned under sub. a. through c. are necessary.

3.3.

Without the necessary personal data, no agreement can be entered into with Unravelledconsultancy.

3.4.

If you participate in a training provided by Unravelledconsultancy, Unravelledconsultancy may process the following personal data:

3.5.

The basis for processing the aforementioned personal data is the performance of the agreement.

3.6.

The basis for processing the personal data on the invoice is a legal obligation.

3.7.

Unravelledconsultancy processes this personal data, among other things, to:

    to execute the agreement, including but not limited to:
    • i.
      providing the training;
    • ii.
      contacting you by phone or email regarding the execution of the agreement.
  • b.
    processing a question, comment, request, or complaint;
  • c.
    administrative purposes, such as:
    • i.
      preparing the invoice;
    • ii.
      sending the invoice by email;
    • iii.
      maintaining a database of business relations;
  • d.
    complying with legal obligations.
3.8.

Unravelledconsultancy only processes the personal data that are minimally necessary for the existing purposes. Unravelledconsultancy strives for minimal data processing.

3.9.

Unravelledconsultancy does not use automated decision-making.

3.10.

Unravelledconsultancy retains the personal data for a maximum of 1 year after the completion of the assignment, unless there is still an existing collaboration relationship.

3.11.

The personal data on the invoice are retained for 7 years, in accordance with the statutory retention period for tax purposes.

Article 4.

Sub-processors and Third Parties

4.1.

In the execution of its business activities, Unravelledconsultancy engages third parties that process personal data, such as an administrative office, a supplier of software for data storage and email services, and a collection agency.

4.2.

With a company that is regarded as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and that processes personal data on behalf of Unravelledconsultancy, Unravelledconsultancy concludes a processor agreement, or the arrangements regarding this processing are set out in the (general) terms and conditions of the relevant processor.

4.3.

Unravelledconsultancy may provide your personal data to a third party if:

  • a.
    Unravelledconsultancy is legally required to do so, such as providing personal data to the tax authorities, police, or judicial authorities;
  • b.
    Unravelledconsultancy engages a third party, such as a contractor, in the execution of the agreement (not being a sub-processor);
  • c.
    you have given your consent for this;
  • d.
    is necessary in the context of a dispute, such as disclosure to a legal service provider or insurer.
Article 5.

Consent

Any consent you have given for the processing of your personal data can always be withdrawn by you. Withdrawing consent does not have retroactive effect.

Article 6.

Deletion of Personal Data

6.1.

Unravelledconsultancy will remove personal data from its systems without unreasonable delay, among other things, if:

  • a.
    the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed;
  • b.
    you object to the processing of your personal data and that objection is valid;
  • c.
    the personal data is incorrect or outdated.
6.2.

Unravelledconsultancy is not obliged to delete personal data if one of the situations described in the law applies, where the "right to be forgotten" is not applicable.

Article 7.

Right of Access, Data Portability, Rectification and Erasure

7.1.

Upon request, Unravelledconsultancy provides you with access to the personal data that Unravelledconsultancy processes about you and provides you, free of charge, with a copy of this personal data in a form that allows you to provide the personal data to a third party.

7.2.

Unravelledconsultancy offers you the opportunity to have any incorrect data that Unravelledconsultancy processes about you corrected or deleted free of charge.

Article 8.

Objection

You can object to the processing of your personal data by Unravelledconsultancy if you have a valid reason to do so based on your specific situation. After Unravelledconsultancy has received your objection, Unravelledconsultancy will stop processing your personal data, unless Unravelledconsultancy has legitimate interests in processing your personal data that outweigh your interest.

Article 9.

Right to Restrict Processing

If you have submitted a request regarding the correction, supplementation, or deletion of your personal data, or have filed an objection regarding the processing of your personal data, and the handling, processing, and execution of that request or objection takes some time, you can request Unravelledconsultancy to restrict the processing of your personal data.

Article 10.

Questions, Requests and Complaints

10.1.

    exercising any of the rights described above; or
  • c.
    reporting (suspected) misuse of your personal data,

10.2.

If you invoke any of your rights with respect to personal data, then:

    Unravelledconsultancy may request additional information if it doubts whether it is dealing with the correct person;

    Unravelledconsultancy will inform you within 1 month of receiving the request about the action taken on the request.
10.3.

If Unravelledconsultancy corrects, supplements, or deletes your personal data, or terminates or restricts the processing of your personal data at your request, Unravelledconsultancy will inform you of this.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by Unravelledconsultancy is not in accordance with this privacy statement and/or with applicable laws and regulations, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with a supervisory authority in the country where you reside.

The website of Unravelledconsultancy only uses functional cookies. Functional cookies ensure that the website of Unravelledconsultancy functions properly and that you can, for example, fill in and submit the contact form via the website. Functional cookies do not process any personal data, and no consent is required for the use of functional cookies.
